Tempranillo, with moderate yield and high quality, is an early-maturing variety, with medium-sized, compact and regular grape clusters, medium-thick grape skins, soft flesh, and colorless juice. The wine is obtained after letting the grape must macerate together with the skins for ten days, maintaining a controlled temperature during fermentation in order to extract all the aroma, flavor and color qualities from the grapes.

- Taste: Full-bodied and fruity, it pairs well with red and white meats, cured and blue cheeses, Serrano ham, roast lamb and charcuterie
